Here are some studies from my Ian McCaig mentorship. Learning from my art hero — a living legend behind so many IPs I loved growing up — struck my inner kid, teen, and adult like a lightning bolt of inspiration. Discovering his process, receiving feedback, and learning his character design secrets — which he was so happy to share — was truly a blessing from God, and I’ll be forever grateful for that.
